Instructions

  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.

  6. Fold in the chopped dried mango, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
