Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on a tortilla, reaching the edges.
  3. Sprinkle the diced bell peppers, green onions, and black olives over the cheese mixture.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other.
  5. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill for at least 60 minutes.
  6. Slice the chilled rolls into pinwheels about an inch thick and arrange on a platter.
