- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on a tortilla, reaching the edges.
- Sprinkle the diced bell peppers, green onions, and black olives over the cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one edge to the other.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill for at least 60 minutes.
- Slice the chilled rolls into pinwheels about an inch thick and arrange on a platter.
