Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan by greasing and flouring it.
- Combine the lemon cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl, using an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Fold in the mixed berries and lemon juice using a spatula.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Mix the powdered sugar with lemon zest and lemon juice to create a glaze once cooled, and drizzle it over the cake.
- Add a generous dollop of whipped cream on top and garnish with fresh berries before serving.
Notes
