  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, diced bell peppers, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl. Gently toss to mix everything evenly.
  2. Whisk together the sunflower seed butter, honey (or maple syrup), apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth and creamy.
