Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced (optional)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your Bundt cake pan.
  2. Combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well blended.
  3. Fold in the diced strawberries if using, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make a glaze and drizzle over the cooled cake.
