Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your Bundt cake pan.
- Combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well blended.
- Fold in the diced strawberries if using, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make a glaze and drizzle over the cooled cake.
