Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 can (10 oz) green chile sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken, cheese, onions, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon a portion of the mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Combine the green chile sauce and sour cream in another bowl, then pour it over the burritos.
- Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or jalapeños if desired.
