Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter and mix it with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Brush the mixture over the cut sides of the squash.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
