Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and salt, and blend until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate eggs gently with a spatula.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each ball slightly using a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
