Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  5. Mix softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth, then fold in the whipped topping.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pretzel crust.
  7. Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in hot water in a separate bowl.
  8. Combine the sliced strawberries and blueberries with the gelatin mixture.
  9. Pour the fruit mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

For best flavor, let the salad chill in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
