  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs

  • Pistachio frosting (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix the pistachio pudding mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Sift in the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and stir gently until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a cooling rack.
  7. Frost with pistachio frosting once completely cool.
