Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- Mix the pistachio pudding mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large bowl until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and stir gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a cooling rack.
- Frost with pistachio frosting once completely cool.
