Ingredients

  • 1 lb pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  2. Mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Thread alternating lil’ smokies and pineapple chunks onto the skewers.
