Description

Delicious and flaky Pigs in Blankets made with crescent roll dough and lil smokies – a perfect party snack that brings joy to any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of lil smokies
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (optional)
  • Mustard or ketchup for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface, and cut it into triangles along the perforations.
  3. Place a lil smokie at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll each smokie, tucking the dough snugly around it.
  5. Arrange the rolled smokies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top of each bundle.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
  8. Serve warm alongside mustard or ketchup for dipping.
