- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into wedges

- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken, peach wedges, and basil leaves onto the skewers alternately.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
