- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whole Oreo cookies for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake pan with vibrant paper liners.
- Combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl, blending with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos gently into the batter.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract while whipping to stiff peaks.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with whipped cream and top with a whole Oreo cookie.
