- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together orange juice, soy sauce, ginger, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and coat well.
- Spread the chicken and arrange the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrots on a sheet pan.
- Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
