One-Pot Chili Mac is a simple and delicious meal that combines the flavors of chili and macaroni in a single pot for easy cooking and cleanup.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked.
- If desired, stir in shredded cheese until melted before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add additional vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and reheated for quick meals.
