Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken breasts, halved baby potatoes, and trimmed green beans to the bowl.
- Toss everything gently but thoroughly to coat in the marinade.
