- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Chocolate shavings or additional Nutella for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium mixing bowl, then press into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy; add powdered sugar gradually and mix until combined.
- Pour in the vanilla extract and Nutella, mixing until you achieve a velvety texture.
- Gradually add the eggs one at a time, mixing fully before adding the next; then mix in the sour cream until uniform.
- Carefully pour the cheesecake batter over the crusts in the liners, filling about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until centers are set but still slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack; refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Decorate with chocolate shavings or a drizzle of Nutella before serving.
Notes
These cupcakes can be made ahead of time and are best enjoyed chilled. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
