Description

Delicious no-bake bites that capture the essence of Samoa cookies with chocolate, caramel, and toasted coconut.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed graham crackers, shredded coconut, melted butter, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Scoop the mixture and form bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookie bites, ensuring space between each.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
