Description

Delightful no bake granola cups made with peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips for a guilt-free snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the granola, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl, stirring until mixed well.
  2. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each liner and press down firmly with a spoon.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Remove gently from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container.
