Ingredients

- 1 cup granola
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine the granola, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), chocolate chips, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl, stirring until mixed well.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Spoon the mixture into each liner and press down firmly with a spoon.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Remove gently from the muffin tin and store in an airtight container.
Notes
These cups are gluten-free if using gluten-free labeled granola. Customize with dried fruits or different nut butters.
