Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter in a mixing bowl and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add melted chocolate and stir until combined.
- Fold in whipped cream, coconut, pecans, and vanilla extract until just combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
