- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Beat in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Mint Aero chocolate and optional chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
