Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Mint Aero chocolate (chopped or mini bars)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Beat in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fold in chopped Mint Aero chocolate and optional chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
