Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin.
- Combine the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Fill each muffin cup with the meat mixture, packing it gently.
- Top each muffin with ketchup if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
