Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper.
- Toss until the chickpeas are well coated.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
