Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, pouring a small amount into each muffin cup until about one-third full.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the sour cream and mix until fully combined.
