Description

Delightful crescent rolls filled with a creamy cheese and jalapeño mixture, perfectly balancing flavors and textures for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (sharp cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 12 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or butter for baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded cheese, jalapeños, cream cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough, separating it into individual triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at the wider end of each triangle and roll tightly.
  5. Transfer the filled rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with cooking spray or melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These rolls can also be made in an air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for about 8-10 minutes.
