Instructions
- Begin by dicing your ripe tomatoes, chopping the onion, and mincing the garlic and jalapeño.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, and jalapeño.
- Add the chopped cilantro and squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Allow your salsa to sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
