Ingredients

  • 12 jalapeño peppers, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Begin by roughly chopping the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, and garlic.
  2. Place all the chopped ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  3. Add in the fresh cilantro and the juice of one lime.
  4. Blend until you reach your desired consistency.
  5. Serve it up by seasoning with salt to taste.

Notes

Refrigerate for a couple of hours to let the flavors meld. For a smoky flavor, try roasting the tomatoes and jalapeños before blending.
