- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix together the vegetable oil, egg, and buttermilk in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about ⅔ full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
