- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb deli-style roast beef
- 8 oz Provolone cheese
- 1 cup green peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef over the bottom halves, followed by slices of Provolone cheese.
- Sauté the green peppers and onions in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Spread the sautéed veggies over the cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the loaded bottoms.
- Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, and brush it over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These sliders can be made ahead and refrigerated. Adjust baking time if baking from cold.
