Description

Savory Hawaiian Roll Roast Beef Sliders filled with tender roast beef, melted Provolone cheese, and sautéed veggies, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 lb deli-style roast beef
  • 8 oz Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup green peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef over the bottom halves, followed by slices of Provolone cheese.
  4. Sauté the green peppers and onions in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Spread the sautéed veggies over the cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the loaded bottoms.
  7. Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl, and brush it over the tops of the sliders.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These sliders can be made ahead and refrigerated. Adjust baking time if baking from cold.
