Description

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of a slice of bread and place it butter-side down in the skillet.
  3. Add slices of cheese on top, covering every edge.
  4. Butter another slice of bread on one side and place it butter-side up on top.
  5. Cook until the first side is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the sandwich using a spatula and cook the other side until beautifully melted, another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with sides like tomato soup or salad.

Notes

For the best results, use medium heat and avoid overloading with fillings to prevent sogginess.
