Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season your chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
  5. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced olives to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon on the tzatziki sauce, then sprinkle with crumbled feta.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes

Prep chicken by bringing it to room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Feel free to experiment with additional vegetables.
