- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup olives, pitted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season your chicken breasts generously with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sliced olives to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon on the tzatziki sauce, then sprinkle with crumbled feta.
- Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
Prep chicken by bringing it to room temperature for 15 minutes before cooking. Feel free to experiment with additional vegetables.
