Ingredients

- Toppings: 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, tossing to coat evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- While the potatoes are baking, mix the garlic sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the garlic sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese evenly over the potatoes.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes, and serve immediately.
