- 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
