Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries (pureed)
- 1 cup blueberries (pureed)
- 1 banana (sliced)
- Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- Popsicle molds
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt in a bowl and add honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Layer the popsicle molds starting with pureed strawberries, then yogurt, followed by pureed blueberries, and finish with yogurt.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
- Run molds under warm water briefly to release the pops before serving.
