Instructions
- Prepare the Cake Base: Bake the pound cake or brownies and allow to cool completely.
- Divide and Color the Ice Cream: Scoop vanilla ice cream into three bowls, tint one red, one blue, and keep the third plain.
- Layer the Cake: In a serving dish, spread the red-tinted ice cream, followed by vanilla, and top with blue-tinted ice cream.
- Add a layer of whipped cream on top, smoothing it out for a beautiful finish.
- Decorate with red and blue sprinkles over the whipped cream layer.
- Freeze until firm, covered with plastic wrap, for several hours or overnight.
- Serve by slicing into portions, revealing the colorful layers.
