Ingredients

  • 2 cups Blueberry Ice Cream
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Red Sprinkles
  • 1 cup Blue Sprinkles
  • 1 Cake Base (Pound Cake or Brownies)
  • Food Coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cake Base: Bake the pound cake or brownies and allow to cool completely.
  2. Divide and Color the Ice Cream: Scoop vanilla ice cream into three bowls, tint one red, one blue, and keep the third plain.
  3. Layer the Cake: In a serving dish, spread the red-tinted ice cream, followed by vanilla, and top with blue-tinted ice cream.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream on top, smoothing it out for a beautiful finish.
  5. Decorate with red and blue sprinkles over the whipped cream layer.
  6. Freeze until firm, covered with plastic wrap, for several hours or overnight.
  7. Serve by slicing into portions, revealing the colorful layers.
