- 1 lb Chicken (thighs or breasts)
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Green Onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the glaze by mixing together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken, coating it well. Simmer for another 5-6 minutes to thicken the glaze.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce. Adjust the sweetness and saltiness of the glaze as desired.
