Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken (thighs or breasts)
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glaze by mixing together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Preheat your skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Pour the glaze over the chicken, coating it well. Simmer for another 5-6 minutes to thicken the glaze.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce. Adjust the sweetness and saltiness of the glaze as desired.
