Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot without overcrowding.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve over spaghetti or as appetizers on toothpicks.
