Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Generously rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  4. Cook the chicken on the grill or in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through.
  5. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush your barbecue sauce over the chicken.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
