- 1 cup Hung Curd (or Greek Yogurt)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Bell Peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup Crisp Cucumbers, chopped
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrots
- 1 Avocado (optional), sliced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander or Mint, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Chat Masala (optional)
- 4 slices Bread (whole grain, sourdough, or white)
Instructions
- Combine hung curd, salt, black pepper, and chat masala in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Chop the fresh bell peppers, cucumbers, and herbs finely.
- Fold the chopped vegetables into the creamy hung curd mixture gently.
- Toast the bread slices in a pan or toaster until golden brown.
- Spread a generous layer of the creamy filling on one slice of bread, top with another slice, and press down.
- Heat the assembled sandwich in the pan until crispy on both sides.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For best taste, consume fresh. Store in an airtight container if there are leftovers.
