Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Bell Peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Crisp Cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Grated Carrots
  • 1 Avocado (optional), sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander or Mint, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Chat Masala (optional)
  • 4 slices Bread (whole grain, sourdough, or white)

Instructions

  1. Combine hung curd, salt, black pepper, and chat masala in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Chop the fresh bell peppers, cucumbers, and herbs finely.
  3. Fold the chopped vegetables into the creamy hung curd mixture gently.
  4. Toast the bread slices in a pan or toaster until golden brown.
  5. Spread a generous layer of the creamy filling on one slice of bread, top with another slice, and press down.
  6. Heat the assembled sandwich in the pan until crispy on both sides.
  7. Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
