Delicious sliders made with shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and crispy bacon, all nestled in soft buttery buns.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and chopped bacon. Mix well until combined.
  3. Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Scoop the chicken mixture evenly onto the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Place the top halves of buns over the filling, pressing down gently.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and garnish with green onions before serving.
