Description

A comforting dish that combines tender chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy ranch dressing, topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, one cup of cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. If using pasta, stir it in at this stage.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: Assemble a day in advance and refrigerate. To reheat, bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
