- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked pasta (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, softened cream cheese, one cup of cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- If using pasta, stir it in at this stage.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead tips: Assemble a day in advance and refrigerate. To reheat, bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until heated through.
