Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add your chopped onion and sauté until translucent—about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, and let them mingle with the onion for about a minute.
- Increase the heat slightly, then add the diced chicken. Sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
