Instructions
- Combine the frozen peas, diced red onion, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the pea mixture, tossing gently until coated.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
