Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, uncooked rice, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use brown rice instead of white rice.
