- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheese, chopped onion, chopped celery, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
