- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the cherries gently to preserve their shape.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Prep the batter the night before for an easy breakfast. You can also bake these muffins in an air fryer.
