A delightful combination of cheesecake and poke cake, featuring a moist vanilla cake filled with a creamy cheese mixture and topped with cherry pie filling.

- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub whipped topping
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the cake mix box. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Prepare the vanilla cake mix as directed on the package, using the required eggs and water. Bake until golden brown.
- Remove the cake from the oven and cool for about 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the top of the cake with the end of a wooden spoon.
- Mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then stir in milk.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake, filling the holes well.
- Spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the top of the cake.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
