- 1 lb ground meat (beef, chicken, or turkey)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Sour cream for serving
- Salsa for serving
- Guacamole for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat if necessary, then add taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles (4 inches by 6 inches).
- Place a spoonful of seasoned meat and a sprinkle of cheese on each rectangle.
- Roll up the dough around the filling, pressing the seams firmly to seal.
- Place the taco sticks on a lined baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the side.
Notes
You can prepare the filling a day in advance and store it in the fridge. Use an air fryer for a lighter option at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.
