  • 8 soft tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef over medium heat, using a spatula to crumble it into smaller pieces.
  2. Drain excess fat for a non-greasy texture.
  3. Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning, cooking for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
  5. Place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla, adding shredded cheese and any preferred toppings.
  6. Roll up the tortillas and serve warm on a platter.
