- 8 soft tortillas

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat, using a spatula to crumble it into smaller pieces.
- Drain excess fat for a non-greasy texture.
- Stir in the Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning, cooking for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture on each tortilla, adding shredded cheese and any preferred toppings.
- Roll up the tortillas and serve warm on a platter.
